An unusually large ivory Oliphant with thin walls which have been worked from the original bulkier elephants tusk to provide a lighter object. The mouthpiece is cubical with a diamond shaped opening and is placed in the tapering end of the tusk. Oliphants are hunting horns producing a single sound used for communication in hunting parties.
